1. Image Usage & Copyright: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Lonesome Forrest Photography. Clients are granted personal use rights, including downloading, printing, and sharing f
By accessing and purchasing images from Lonesome Forrest Photography ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Image Usage & Copyright: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Lonesome Forrest Photography. Clients are granted personal use rights, including downloading, printing, and sharing for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, edited, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
2. Payments & Orders: All purchases are final and non-refundable once images have been downloaded. Print and product orders are fulfilled by third-party vendors; we are not responsible for print quality from outside services.
3. Gallery Access & Expiry: Online galleries are available for [set number] days. After this period, a reactivation fee may apply. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before the expiration date.
4. Reshoots & Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents proper delivery, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Reshoots are not offered unless there was a fault on our end (e.g., corrupted files).
5. Privacy & Data Protection: Personal information provided during purchases (such as email and payment details) is kept secure and confidential. We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
6. Modifications to Terms: These terms are subject to change at any time. The latest version will always be available in the gallery footer.
